Reflections in the fountain

Chinese fountain at night

One night last week I said to myself: Self, you don’t have to go to the gym tonight if you do something useful.

Reply to Self: Is drinking beer and eating hashbrowns considered useful?

Self: No.

Reply to Self: What if I take some photographs?

Self: Now you’re talking.

This is the fountain by the massive entry gate to my community. A slight breeze, crazy neon: Welcome to China. The beer and hashbrowns were eaten after a number of photos were taken.

Looks like a fair representation of how the front gate of your community would have seemed through the eyes of a man who had instead chosen to drink beer. :)

    Nice photo, Stevo.
