They do the same thing here in Buenos Aires - Trash everywhere - No awareness promoting the need to keep it clean and hence so many people needed to clean up afterwards.

sometimes I think the streets are allowed to be dirty because then people can be gainfully employed cleaning — does that make me a cynic?
