The Star Ferry is a venerable institution in Hong Kong. It carries 70,000 travelers each day from Kowloon to Hong Kong Island. There are eight ships currently in service, 44 years being the average age of the vessels.
Look for my photo essay on the Star Ferry, coming soon.

70,000 each day! Wow.
Very good advice on the sign.

Robin: That’s a lot of peeps, isn’t it?
Kathleen: Thanks for finding me, and stopping by.
I get dizzy just looking at the sign. Don’t think I’d do so well on the ferry.
